Drink-IT Release 5

Release 5 will be available by the end of March and will include following new features & enhancements:

- New processes supported regarding taxes:

- Automatic Internal taxes also available for Assembly BOM’s
- Exception taxes extended for Purchases and Internal taxes
- Extended check on Due Tax transactions
- Multiple Internal Taxes per journal template
- Employee sales with automatic tax implications

- Extension of Financial Drink-IT Contract functionality:

- Post Rent invoices via the General Journal
- No strict Contract End Date anymore 
- Partially recalculation of Loan lines
- Customer Discount groups for Contracts
- One active building and multiple non-active buildings per customer

- Expected Deposit Value is posted during shipment

- New Sales features:

- Periodic discounts minimum over multiple customers (pub or retail groups)
- Setup to exclude discounts on special prices
- Sales prices per Shipment Method
- When creating new sales order, alert on existing orders
- Setup and create Unplanned calling list
- Warning on min. HL Volume and Min. UOM in Order intake
- Efficiency enhancements to the order shipment planning

- Manually or automatic loyalty Exchange and automatic loyalty Gains

- Introduction of Event contracts, with “make order” functionality for Free and Loan items, including reporting, using variables and extended texts

- New Sales invoice list and Sales Return Control document
